Michelle Obama and her nine-year-old daughter Sasha are heading to the Spanish resort of Marbella for a private holiday.
The White House has confirmed the trip, during which the pair will spend four nights at the luxury five-star Villa Padierna.
President Barack Obama will not be joining them. Neither will the couple's older daughter Malia, who will be going to a summer camp in America instead
