22 suspects called to court in Baleares fraud case: "It’s been revealed that more than 20 suspects are to be questioned in court over the coming months in the tenth proceeding in the Balearic Islands’ Voltor case, the case which is investigating the alleged misuse of public funds. It centres on suspects linked to the Unió Mallorquina party and suspected fraud in subsidies paid from public funds.
Those appearing in court in the weeks up until March 7 include the UM ex councillor for tourism on the Balearic Islands, Francesc Buils, and the party’s former president, Miguel Ángel Flaquer.
It’s understood from EFE that the businessman, Jacinto Farrús, is one of the last to be called by Instruction Court No. 10 and will be in court on March 2."
