BUILDING licenses in Marbella have seen a 40 per cent increase in the past six months

 BUILDING licenses inMarbella have seen a 40 per cent increase in the past six months, according to the town hall. This has been attributed the new urban plan or Plan General (PGOU).

Since the new PGOU came into effect on May 22, more than 100 major building licenses have been approved, as well as 1,375 reports of small building works.

The Town Hall as also processed almost 50 first occupation licenses.
