The Spanish film “Los Pasos Dobles” (”Double Steps”) has received this year’s top award at Spain’s San Sebastian Film Festival. The festival’s special jury prize was given to French actress and director Julie Delpy for her film “Le Skylab.” Frances McDormand, the Oscar winning actress who starred in “Fargo,” chaired the film festival’s jury.
